Our community is located just 0.3 miles from the Student Union at the University of Nevada, making it a convenient 7-minute walk to campus. Prefer to drive? We are located just a 3-minute drive to campus, and a 5-minute drive to the Greek Life houses.
We are also surrounded by go-to food spots within a 10-minute walking distance like Raising Cane’s, Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, Ruby’s Diner, Rick’s Pizza, Beer, & More, Little Waldorf, and Archie’s.
Is parking available for residents?
Yes, residents may choose to reserve a spot in our gated parking garage at an additional monthly cost. Spaces are limited, so please contact our office for more information and to confirm availability.
Are utilities like internet and electricity included in the rent at Park Place?
Aside from your furnished apartment, your monthly installment includes high-speed internet, in-unit washer and dryer, and a wall-mounted smart TV in the common area!
